GameBase Troubleshooting

Common Problems

GameBase will not run

  • This could be because the required DLLs are not registered correctly. Try running GBRegRun.exe to resolve.
  • One of your databases could contain corrupt data. Try running the GBToolBox.exe, right clicking on the database's .mdb file and choosing “Scan and Fix Errors…”.
  • You might not be running as Administrator on Vista/Windows7.
